We ship Full Service Delivery uses Australia Post’s Registered Postage Service. Trophies and medals arrive complete ready for presentation.
We ship Fast Warehouse Direct by courier. Engraving arrives separately and requires engraving plates to be fixed.
We ship Airfreight via Australian Air Express. Engraving arrives separately and requires engraving plates to be fixed.
We cannot be held liable for any goods damaged, or missing in transit, but we do register every item shipped out, and pack them so as to absolutely minimise any damage.
Fragile goods are often left in their boxes with the polystyrene packaging, and this allows for safe shipment, but does occupy more volume. Whilst we try and minimise packing space as best as possible.
Please realise that large orders will require multiple boxes.
Engraving Comes Separately
Engraving Plates used on trophies and medals are laser engraved brass laminate with very strong adhesive backing an are simple to attached.
Where you select the option to use Fast freight or Airfreight your trophies will be sent directly from our warehouse.
The engraving plates will be manufactured while your trophies are in transit and once ready will then be sent via Australia Post. This, we have found is the fastest and most cost effective way to get your trophies to you.
When your trophies arrive the engraving plates will not be attached. Simply peel the plate off the sheet, line up when you would like to attach and push onto the surface of the medal or trophy. If you need to remove a flat blade knife can be used to pry the label off and can then be repositioned.

At Sports Star Trophies we realise that sometimes ordering your trophies is left to the last minute. Therefore we have designed our processes so that if required, we can have trophies delivered direct from the warehouse (via Fast Delivery) while the labels are being produced and sent separately via Australia Post. This means that you can have trophies delivered to your door in as little as three days* for warehouse direct, dependent on you locality. All you do is simply attach the labels, ribbons and/or club centres as required.
This online trophy shop also has also been built to accommodate clubs and corporate bodies, who generally order their goods two weeks to a month or more in advance. This is ample time to be able to process and attach engraving plates and club centres and to deliver your order. Please allow 7-14 days for standard delivery for your goods to reach you.
Should you require an urgent order with delivery within one day*, please select Airfreight.
There is a possibility that we will experience Post Office delays. In these rare cases we cannot be held responsible if your items do not reach you in time. We do however try and get your goods to you as we agreed at the time of purchase. If you notify us that your goods have not arrived in time, we will however make every attempt to get the post office to expedite it and get it to you. Please note, the more notice you give us for your order, the better, as postal delays can happen.
Where possible, we do endeavour to get your goods out as soon as we possibly can, and regularly ship same or next day on items that are in stock at the time of order. All items are sent registered and can be tracked.
Owing to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on any items. We will gladly replace a product if it is found to be defective in any way within 14 days of purchase, or if we are at fault with the engraving. All engraving is double checked so as to minimise mistakes our end, but unfortunately nobody is perfect and certain errors do occur. We are always happy to rectify these at no charge, either by sending out a replacement engraved plate, OR replacement trophy if applicable. The customer’s engraving list is final, and any changes to this once the engraving has been done may incur additional charges.
Any cancellations are to be made within two working hours of the order being placed. Cancellations MUST be made in writing by email to Taryn during office hours. Cancellations made after this period cannot be honoured, as goods may have already commenced production and incurred engraving and/or assembly costs. Once a cancellation has been confirmed, a refund will be issued in full, back to the card or account from which the payment originated.
